The hotel does not have a 24-hour in-person reception. Our qualified staff is physically at the counter from 08:00 to 17:00 hours to offer personalized service. Outside of these daytime hours, urgent inquiries or incidents are handled remotely 24 hours a day through the switchboard and the Beneste Hoteles support center.

Is the Online Pre-Check-in mandatory and how do I notify my arrival time?

Yes, as it is a small rural hotel, it is a mandatory requirement to complete the Online Pre-Check-in prior to your arrival. This digital pre-registration service is available on our website 24 hours a day. Likewise, we strictly request that you notify us in advance of your approximate arrival time to correctly coordinate the key handover or remote access.

Does the hotel have private guarded parking and is it necessary to book a space?

The hotel has a completely free outdoor parking lot located right at the main entrance of the establishment. It is not necessary to reserve a parking space in advance due to its ease of access. However, it is an outdoor parking area that does not have continuous physical surveillance or a roof.
